BBC in Armenia



The BBC World Service is the world's largest international broadcaster, broadcasting in 27 languages to many parts of the world via analogue and digital shortwave, internet streaming and podcasting, satellite, FM and MW relays. Since Julie 2002 it is available for Armenian listeners via FM frequencies provided by “Impulse” LLC. As a result of the company’s efforts the BBC programming is deeply integrated in the local media field as an important and significant component of the Armenian media market. Impulse is proud to represent the BBC content in Armenia and to supports its wider promotion.
